Each add-on only requests the minimum permissions necessary for its specific functionality. The exact data accessed and OAuth scopes used are disclosed during the authorization process and on each add-on's individual product page.

Important: Our add-ons process your Google Workspace data within Google's infrastructure using Google Apps Script. Your content (such as email bodies, document text, or spreadsheet data) is not transmitted to our external servers. The only information sent to our servers is your Google account email address for license verification and usage tracking.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Limited to necessary functionality: We only request access to the data necessary for the add-on's core functionality as described to users
• No advertising: We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
• No sale of data: We do not sell, license, or transfer Google user data to third parties, including advertising platforms, data brokers, or any information resellers
• No unrelated purposes: We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the add-on's core functionality
• No creditworthiness assessment: We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
• No AI/ML training: We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Limited human access: Humans may only read user data if: (a) the user has given affirmative consent; (b) it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse); (c) to comply with applicable laws; or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:

5.1 Third-Party Services

Our add-ons communicate with the following external services for operational purposes:

• License verification: Your Google account email address is sent to our servers to verify subscription status and track usage. No Google Workspace content (emails, documents, etc.) is transmitted.
• Payment processing: When upgrading to paid plans, your email and payment information are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest

Upon revoking access, the add-on will no longer be able to access your Google account data. Any data created by the add-on within your Google Workspace (such as spreadsheets or documents) will remain in your ownership and control.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
